RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Timeframe: You may return or exchange items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for items that have been used, worn, or altered.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS - The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Gift Cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products

3. HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

RETURNS:

  1. Request a Return: To start the return process, email sales@hhhero.com your name, order number and reason for the return. We will respond (usually within 1-2 business days) on how to proceed with the return.
  2. Pack the Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging. Include the receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.
  3. Ship the Package: Send the package to the address provided in your return authorization email. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

EXCHANGES:

  1. Request an Exchange: To start the exchange process, email sales@hhhero.com your name, order number and what product you would like to exchange. We will respond (usually within 1-2 business days) on how to proceed with the exchange.
  2. Return the Item: Follow steps 2 and 3 of the return process outlined above.
  3. Place a New Order: Once your returned item is received and processed, the exchange will be completed.

4. REFUNDS

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

5. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item received was defective or incorrect.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS - If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team at sales@hhhero.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping cost.
